Clinical presentation: A 39-year-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology of a nodule discovered on evaluation of dysmenorrhea.
Palpation: a not firm nodule in the right lobe.
Hormonal investigation: TSH 2.10 mIU/L, FT4 10.9 pM/L.
The dimensions of the nodule in the right lobe were 12x10x15 mm, width, depth, length, respectively.
