Clinical presentation: A 52-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a goiter which was discovered by her GP.
Palpation: The right lobe was enlarged and had a hard and another moderately firm nodule.
Hormonal investigation: TSH 0.41 mIU/L.
There were two nodules in the right lobe next to each other. Nodule 1 in the middle part with the dimensions 10x?x10 mm and nodule 2 in the lower half with the dimensions 28x19x32 mm, width, depth, length, respectively. Nodule 1 is the lesion in question.
