In this chapter, we present a few dozen cases. What they have in common is that these lesions are not cervical lymph nodes, parathyroid glands, and not aberrant thyroid tissue.

For practical reasons, it is worth distinguishing four groups of lesions.

• Salivary gland lesions are distinguished by their location. Of course, the few salivary gland diseases presented cannot provide a comprehensive picture of the organ's ultrasound diagnostics. But from the point of view of a thyroid unit, it is enough to detect the lesion, and then send the patient to the appropriate specialist.

• Cysts occurring anywhere on the neck are the next group - here the characteristic ultrasound picture is the basis of the diagnosis.

• A next group is the occlusions found in blood vessels.

• Most of the other cases that cannot be classified in the previous ones are changes in the adipose tissue. We also present a few other cases here. Perhaps the most important of these is the ultrasound presentation of the thymus. If this chapter is necessarily poorer, it is very important to be aware of what the thymus looks like.
