Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a mixed, moderately hypoechogenic-cystic nodule is the ventral part of the lobe. The hyperechogenic figures are located exclusively in the back wall of the cystic areas, therefore they represent figures caused by back wall posterior enhancement.
