Clinical presentation: A 25-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a nodular goiter which was discovered during investigations due to infertility.

Palpation: no abnormality

Laboratory data: TSH 2.74 mIU/L, FT4 15.8 pM/L, aTPO 79 U/mL.

The lesion in question is in the lower pole of the right lobe. The dimensions are 10x6x11 mm, width, depth, lenght, respectively.
