Clinical data
Clinical presentation: A 44-yr-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology. FNA resulted in benign lesion 4 years ago when the largest diameter of the nodule was 18 mm. On routine follow-up, nodule' increase was detected.
Palpation: There was a firm nodule in the right side of isthmus.
Laboratory tests: TSH 2.58 mIU/L, aTPO 10 U/mL, ahTg < 20 U/mL.
