Lymph nodes - case 1680 (ultrasonographic picture 14)

Above the right thyroid, longitudinal scan. There is tail upper to the lesion (left in the image). This is the proof that this structure is neither lymph node nor aberrant thyroid tissue but a muscle fiber.
