Right lobe, longitudinal scan. Next to the cystic nodule (right in the image), there is a moderately hypoechogenic lesion with intranodular echogenic granules (red arrow). A similiar but less well circumscribed hypoechogenic area is found dorsal to the latter (green arrows).
