Thyroid cancers - case 678 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Right lobe, longitudinal scan. There is a cystic nodule in the upper part of the thyroid while a much smaller hypoechogenic lesion in the middle-lower part of the lobe, and a hyperechogenic one in the lower pole.
