There are two hypoechogenic lesions presenting comet tail artefact in both lobes. These correspond to small hyperplastic nodules. On the other hand, the moderatley hypoechogenic lesions correspond to sonographic presentations of autoimmune thyroiditis. Their shape is not of regular geometrical. |
