Cytologic differential diagnostic - Papillary carcinoma (I)
Graves' disease - Case 13
Graves' disease and papillary carcinoma - Case 5

Follicular cells exhibited grooves and inclusions, therefore we could not exclude the possibility of papillary cancer on FNAC.
Final histopathology was benign.

There were two properties suggesting carcinoma. First of all, the cell group presented in the last image was suspicious. We have found only two similar clusters on the smears. Second, the presence of macrophages would be unusual in the case of a Graves's disease.
Final histopathology disclosed papillary carcinoma.
