Compare benign and malignant papillary cell clusters. The former is characterized by a regular distribution of cells, tendency of single cells to dissociate, peripheral vacuolization and projections. Nevertheless, the cytological analysis of a papillary cell group is not the only and moreover not the most important tool in differential diagnostics.
