Left lobe, longitudinal scan. There are three greater hypoechogenic circumscribed lesions within the thyroid. These are uniformly hypoechogenic, and the other parts of the lobe are moderately hypoechogenic. This is one of the most typical ultrasonographic appearance of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
