Identifying a vessel in unusual localization within the thyroid

Left lobe, transverse scan parallel with the run of the vessel. This view is decisive: this is a pipe-like lesion running along the ventral surface of the thyroid.
Note, if we don't have color Doppler mode than the thorough analysis of various sections will reveal that one which is parallel with the blood vessel.
