Lymph nodes in the neck - Case 7. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Benign, reactive-type lymph node

Lateral to the left thyroid bed, horizontal scan. Three hypoechogenic and one moderately hypoechogenic discrte lesions can be seen. The latter proved to be a lymph node. In such small nodes the lack of hilum should not be overrated.
