Metastasis of an oxyphilic carcinoma of the thyroid

Right thyroid bed, horizontal scan. There is a hypoechogenic, inhomogeneous mass with irregular borders. It proved be a metastatic lymph node on histopathology. Note the lack of regular hilum, only a truncated hilum can be found (between red arrows).
