A muscle fiber mimicking recurrent papillary cancer

Left lobe, longitudinal scan. The circumscribed area demonstrated on previous pictures cannot be a lymph node or a nodule. It is a circumscribed thickening of a muscle fiber. The arrows points to normal thin muscle fibers which like two tails are above (left) and below (right) the mass.
