Right lobe, longitudinal scan. It is worth to analyse the nodule in the dorsal part in this picture. It is composed of echonormal and hypoechogenic parts. Note the lack of amplification of echo dorsal to the hypoechogenic area of the nodule (arrow). This is an indirect sign which favours that this area would be a solid part. But not in this case...  See color image on the next page.
In the ventral part of the lobe there is another, moderately hypoechogenic nodule.
