Hyalinizing trabecular adenoma (ultrasonographic picture 1)
Right lobe, horizontal view. There is a moderately hypoechogenic nodule with small hyperechogenic granules. The latter are in part comet-tail artifacts while on the presence of hyperechogenic lines part of these figures correspond to connective tissue.
