Hyalinizing trabecular adenoma (ultrasonographic picture 8)
Left lobe, another longitudinal view. There is a bright hyperechogenic granule within the nodule. On the presence of a smaller and less bright hyperechogenic spot dorsal to the larger granule, this is likely a comet-tail artifact.
