Isthmus, longitudinal view. There are several smaller cystic areas within the lesion. Although on this image the lesion seems to be a spongiform-type cyst, the analysis of the entire nodule proves that the nodule does not fulfill one of the criterias of a spongiform cyst, not the whole nodule is spongiform.
