Pap-smear, 1000x.   Note irregular, scratchy chromatin structure. It is worth to analyze the intranuclear holes. One marked with green arrow is only projection of a vacuole presented elsewhere on the smear. There is a typical inclusion marked with red. It has sharp dark rim. There are two other intranuclear holes marked with yellow. The interpretation of these figures may be equivocal.
