Introduction - case 286 (ultrasonographic picture 3)

Left lobe, transverse scan. There is a moderately hypoechoic nodule in the middle-dorsal part of the lobe. The lesion presents taller-than-wide shape. However, this should not be interpreted as a pathological finding because this and also the right lobe themselves present taller-than-wide shape. So, the nodule simply follows the anatomical situation.
