Clinical data

Clinical presentation: A 52-year-old woman requested a second opinion. She has been checked for her thyroid for ten years. Recently, a nodule in the right lobe was discovered, and FNA disclosed papillary cancer. been treated for Graves' disease for 4 years. She had a temporary elevation of FT4 level 6 weeks ago, but she had no complaints. She came to routine follow-up examination.

Palpation: The right lobe was suspicious having a small nodule.

Laboratory tests: TSH 2.16 mIU/L, FT4 15.8 pM/L, aTPO 0.2 U/mL.
