Compare the two series of pictures. At the first examination (left column), the patient had hypothyroidism (TSH 11.6 mIU/L), while at the second examination (right column) the patient was already euthyroid (TSH 1.83 mIU/L). The size of the thyroid has decreased over years, the vascularization is unchanged. On the other hand, the ultrasound pattern remained the same. |
