Papillary cancer is rarely encountered in cytological differenctial
diagnotics of medullary cancer. We demonstrate here a rare exception.
Note the similarity between the two cases. On low power field medullary
cancer presents a papillary-like cluster while on high power field
papillary cancer cells resemble medullary cancer cells because they are
elongated and they contain neither grooves nor inclusions.
