Clinical presentation: A 42-yr-old woman was referred for evaluation of nodular goiter. She was treated for Graves' disease 3 years ago. Since then, she remained euthyroid without thyrostatics.
Palpation: Although both lobes were nodular, no nodule seemed to be suspicious on palpation.
Functional state: euthyroidism (TSH 1.08 mIU/L).
The lesion in question is the largest one in the left lobe. The dimensions of this nodule were 18x15x26 mm, width, depth, length, respectively.
