Clinical presentation: A 31-yr old woman was referred for evaluation of a thyroid enlargement which was discovered by the patient herself one month ago. She has been delivered for a year.
Palpation: a large, firm nodule in the right lobe.
Functional state: euthyroidism (TSH 1.20 mIU/L).
The lesion in question is the nodule in the right lobe. The dimensions of this nodule were 43x25x48 mm, width, depth, length, respectively.
