Right lobe, horizontal view

Upper 2/3 of the left lobe, longitudinal. The upper, malignant lesion is a combined spongiform and peripheral type one. The macrolobulation is a suspicious sign of malignancy. There is a hyperechogenic nodule next to the malignant lesion while a cystic nodule in the lower part.
