Extrapulmonary tuberculosis

Left lobe, longitudinal scan. The upper lesion (left) is suspicious because of the presence of multiple microcalcifications and the hypoechogenicity. The lower lesion (right) is less suspicious because it is moderately hypoechogenic and has a regular shape.
