Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, horizontal scan. A hypoechogenic nodule in the ventral and a moderately hypoechogenic nodule in the dorsolateral part. The acoustic shadow best seen on the dorsal part of the former lesion discloses the presence of coarse calcification.
