Papillary carcinoma - Case 34. (ultrasonographic picture 1)

Isthmus and left lobe, horizontal view. There are two small hypoechogenic lesions close to each other in the isthmus. These proved to be metastatic foci of the large tumor in the left lobe. The medial part of the latter can be seen in the right side of the image.
