Clinical presentation: A 71-yr-old woman was referred for a follow-up. She has been known harboring a multinodular goiter. Recently, she noticed dyspnea.
Palpation: There was not firm nodule in the right lobe.
Functional state: euthyroidism (TSH 0.69 mIU/L).
Additional data: Compared with the former examination, neither the nodules nor the thyroid lobes have increased in size.
There are two lesions in question The dimensions of the nodule in the right lobe were 22x19x33 mm, while those in the isthmus were 15x10x17 mm, width, depth, length, respectively.
