Clinical presentation: A 18-yr-old woman was referred for evaluation of hyperthyroidism. Three weeks ago, the patient requested a visit by her GP due to nervousness, palpitation, sweatiness. At that time TSH was 0.01 mIU/L, FT4 was 29.2 pM/L. The GP administered beta-blocking drug.

Palpation: Both lobes were very firm, but nod nodule could be palpated.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.19 mIU/L, FT4 14.7 pM/L, TSAb below 0.5 U/L, aTPO 977 U/mL.
