Clinical presentation: A 35-yr-old man was referred for evaluation of a recurrent goiter detected on carotid Doppler examination. He has been operated on Graves' disease for 8 years. Histopathology disclosed diffuse goiter without any nodules. Three years later I met the patient and found discrete lesions on ultrasound which were not considered as nodules.
Palpation: no abnormality.
