Clinical data

Clinical presentation: A 36-year-old woman was referred for aspiration cytology of suspicious, EU-TIRADS 5 nodules. The lesions were found on evaluation of infertility.

Palpation: The right lobe was suspicious having a nodule.

Laboratory test: TSH 0.85 mIU/L, aTPO 1 U/mL.
