Clinical data

First examination (left upper in the video):

Clinical presentation: A 45-yr old woman presented with a relapsing Graves' disease. Sha has been treated for hyperthyroidism for more than 15 years. The hyperthyroidism has relapsed 3 months prior to present examination.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory tests: TSH 0.01 mIU/L, FT4 39.3 pM/L on daily 30 mg methimazole.

Second examination a year later (right lower in the video):

Clinical presentation: The patient was well and free of complaints.

Palpation: no abnormality.

Laboratory tests: TSH 2.75 mIU/L, FT4 13.2 pM/L on daily 10 mg methimazole.
