Right lobe, longitudinal scan

Left lobe, longitudinal scan. Beside the nodule in the upper part (left on the picture) there are smaller hypoechogenic lesions in the lower part of the lobe. Although this pattern raised the possibility of autoimmune thyroiditis, neither cytology nor anti-TPO determination confirmed Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
